Communication from the service department was poor. It took 3 weeks to get the work completed and I was provided a loaner after 2 weeks without a vehicle. The work that they did on the car was fine.

The truck is purchased was not inspected i only have the truck for about 3 weeks the previous owner had a dog im still cleaning dog hair and the smell the front brakes are making noises i can't get the tires off wasn't it supposed to get an inspection?

first of all, I was looking at a GMC Yukon that was for sale. called, got an inquiry, (still for sale) made an appointment to go and see it. this was two days prior to appointment. Tire change went well but when I took a closer look at my wheels the wheel caps were all scratched up. Talked and sent pictures to Sean my service writer and said he would order new ones for my rims. It’s been over a month now and no caps. Text him and he said the parts department will order them again because a lot of dealers are looking for them. Nice excuse. Still waiting for my wheel caps.

So when I called back I had to make a appointment which I didn't like because I thought it would of been a quick fix. Now I have to wait until Wednesday and I won't know my work schedule for next week until Monday.

I made an appointment for an oil change on the GMC app, but when I arrived, my appointment was nowhere to be found in the system. Sean, who worked in the service department said don’t worry about it. Chuck was nice, he tried to work with us on the deal. I wish there were a few extra things he could have assisted with dealing with the knowledge of the car

My service advisor, Ashley, was very friendly dly and responsive to all of my needs.

Ashley offered supreme customer service. Everything was explained in great detail and the follow up was appreciated as well. We were in/out in a timely fashion.

The salesman was very helpful, Walking me through the process. He showed me how 2 use most Features on the computer.

They were great and very friendly I even referred someone to come in to purchase a vehicle

Oil change was easy to schedule. Check in and service time was quick and efficient.

The location is convenient, but service mediocre. I waited 10 minutes waiting in line in my care before anyone greeted me. My oil change and first inspection took almost 2 hours. The refrigerator which was supposes to contain water bottles was empty. I was given no reason that my check engine occasionally comes on. My car was not washed until I asked it to be and it was never dried.

Lance Stephenson was very unprofessional.
He recommended a new battery in the vehicle that I had just purchased from the dealership not even 3 months prior.
He had stated he would check prior to me coming to pick up my vehicle while it was in service.
When I got there I had asked him if they had put a new battery in.

No one calls you back when you leave a message. Then you finally get someone on the phone to make an appointment they give you the wrong information. Thank goodness the repaired my car on a Saturday.
