BUYERS BEWARE! Purchased a used 2017 GMC Acadia with Darius Green on 5/20/2026. Literally drove it home SAME DAY and engine light came on alongside oil issue light with a message and loud warnings on the dash. Drove it back up to the dealership SAME DAY with promise of "it being taken care of and me being first priority." Never had the car in my possession for more than an hour LOL. I really hate leaving a review like this because I understand that life happens. However, after having to take the car to the dealership for the same problem 4 times, and when they finally fixed the car, the representative was rude. She threw her coworker under the bus and blamed him, made me feel bad for having an issue with my 2025 vehicle. I definitely would not recommend them for service for your vehicle. The Sales team amazing, and ironically the Service Manager seems to be nice as well, but I would buy my car there and have it serviced somewhere else.
After receiving an estimate for the repairs, I asked them to check to see if the repair was under warranty. They found that it was under warranty and my bill for the repair was $0.00.
Brought vehicle in for warranty work. Fixed a different part not what I brought it in for.

Well. If the dealership really wants my business and wants me to be a customer there, you would think that my vehicle would have been ran through the wash. Im not saying to dry it.....just take it through and show some kind of regard. First time the mechanic guy fingerprints everywhere and my vehicle was brought up dirty and all fingerprinted up. That didn't happen this time but still it was never washed. Forget the fact that I spent a lot of money on that truck nobody cares about that and I understand nobody really cares about customer ... Went to get tires rotated. Scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance but when I there I was told the lift was in use. Had update done to vehicle, now Service OnStar Emergency Calling light is on. Service department didn’t put washer fluid in my vehicle after I asked for it. I was told when I reschedule my tire rotation it would be free for the inconvenience but its just unfortunate now I have a service light on.

I came in due to computer issues with my dashboard. I had to ask after 2 hours for an update. I was advised it would take more time due to the nature of the visit. In my opinion I should have been advised of this prior. That way I could have gone home to wait. I have a back condition and I was in pain for days after the visit. I waited for over 3 hours in total.
I have dealt with this dealership for 5 Buicks over the years. They have been THE BEST!!

My service was completed I returned to my vehicle and it was still dirty when I looked at it. Connie stared to me did I want a car wash. I stated I asked you about a car wash when I arrived for serrvice 'Connie stated to me she forgot.' So I had to sit and wait 20-30 more minutes.
